Body Cleanse: Days 1 and 2
So thanks to Mark, Billie and I began our body cleanse program yesterday. Day One and Day Two have been "shake" days where we have a shake for breakfast and dinner, but a regular low-calorie meal for lunch. It hasn't been real hard so far. I realize my biggest addiction is my love of mints. I reach for my glove compartment every 5 minutes in the car. No Mentos... no Tic-Tacs... no 3 Hour mints! Tomorow is the real test... it's the cleansing day... no real meals allowed! I'm scared! This better so be worth it in the end...
